1st - Shreveport, LA

We formed the 1st Chapter of Brother's Keepers Motorcycle Club in Shreveport, Louisiana U.S.A. in 2003.  Through a lot of research into other firefighter motorcycle clubs, we could not find a club that met the needs of all of us.  So we sat down and created our own club, our own by-laws and met with other motorcycle clubs in the area. Our thing was, we wanted to ride and help give back to our communities but at the same time, having fun doing so.  We have firefighters from all over the Bossier Parish, Caddo Parish, and Desoto Parish areas. Our monthly meeting is held on the 3rd Monday of the month 6:00 PM at Podnah's BBQ - 9030 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA.

17th Annual Burn Run

Come on out to the 17th Annual Burn Run hosted by the Brother's Keepers MC 1st-Shreveport Chapter. Since the very beginning, we've been raising money to support Camp I'm Still Me the Ark-La-Tex children's burn camp. Making sure kids that have suffered from burns can "be a kid again." We'll have live music, great food, a trivia run, and the "world famous" live auction starts at 12:30 pm on Saturday.

Make the trip down to Lake Bidtineau State Park for a weekend of fun and help the kids. Onsite camping is available thru Louisiana State Park, www.reserveamerica.com.

The fun starts Friday at 5 pm with a crawfish boil, beverages, and music by Landry and Company and Joe Nadeau.

We'll kick back off Saturday morning at 8:30 am with a day full of events. Come, plan to stay, eat, and ride. Oh, and help the kids in a mighty way.
